Light Wash.

Day 1: Apply bio-safe wood cleaner, pressure wash surface, and thoroughly rinse area; removing markings and mill glaze for better penetration of stains/sealers.

Day 2: Lightly sand surface with 60-80 grit sanding block, sweep surface, apply coating of choice by lambskin pad/roller and brush, NO SPRAYING.

New decks left unprotected for more than six months may need Deep Cleaning service to remove oxidation and acidity.
