1. What does Seal-A-Deck do?
We restore and maintain natural wood surfaces.


2. What type of natural wood surfaces do you restore and maintain?
We restore and maintain many natural wood surfaces; most common are:
• Decks
• Fences
• Gazebos
• Garage Doors
• Sheds
• Play Sets
• Siding
• Log Homes


3. How long does it take to clean and seal our deck?
Cleaning and sealing is completed in two separate days. On the first day, usually wet days, we pressure wash the surface with biodegradable cleaners and restorers. Then, return when the deck has dried, usually within one week to apply your coating of choice.


4. When can we use the deck again after it has been sealed?
You can start walking on your deck usually, within 24hrs. Waiting 48hrs is recommended before returning heavy items, such as grills and/or furniture.


5. Will our plants and flowers be safe during the treatment?
Yes, all of our cleaners, restorers, and strippers are biodegradable and will not harm vegetation. In addition, we thoroughly rinse away any residue.


6. Now that our deck has been sealed, how long will it last?
Your decks finish will vary upon location and environmental conditions. Although, horizontal surfaces should last as long as 2yrs and vertical surfaces should last as long as four years.


7. Do you provide a warranty for your services?
Yes, our customer’s satisfaction is our commitment. We offer a one year "No Worries" guarantee. Please ask you Wood Care Specialist for details.


8. Do we need to be home while you're working on our deck?
No one needs to be home, as long as we have access to electricity and water outside and pets are inside.


9. Will you remove and replace our deck furniture and grill?
We ask that you remove everything from the deck and replace it when the deck has dried; usually within 48hours. Though, we can help remove items from the deck when we begin working, there would be an additional fee for us to return once the deck has dried to replace items.
