Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you are in essence running your own business. You manage projects that are assigned to you and supervise one to three Stainers / Painters. You speak with homeowners everyday, and keep them satisfied. Also, you speak with the Operations Manager everyday, keeping them informed, and setting and implementing realistic schedules. You will have the opportunity to earn bonuses on every project. Year-round positions are available.
